【摘要】:ThispartofISO6887specifiesrulesforthepreparationofsamplesanddecimaldilutionsforthemicrobiologicalexaminationoffoodproductsotherthanthosecoveredinotherpartsofISO6887.ISO6887-1definesthegeneralrulesforthepreparationoftheinitialsuspensionanddecimaldilutionsformicrobiologicalexamination.ThispartofISO6887onlydescribesmethodsofpreparationthatareapplicabletoseveralmicroorganismssimultaneously.Itexcludesthepreparationsthatonlyapplytothedetectionand/orenumerationofasinglemicroorganismwherethemethodsofpreparationaredescribedintherelevantInternationalStandardconcerningthatmicroorganism.ThispartofISO6887isapplicabletothefollowingproducts:—generalcaseforacidicproducts(see8.2);—foodswithahighfatcontent,excludingmargarineandspreads(see8.3);—flours,wholecerealgrains,cerealby-products,animalfeedsandcattlecake(see9.1);—veryhardproducts,e.g.cassava(see9.2);—gelatine(see9.3);—margarineandspreads(see9.4);—dehydratedproductsandfreeze-driedproducts(exceptdairyproductsandeggproducts)(see9.5);—eggandeggproducts(see9.6);—fermentedproducts(productscontaininglivemicroorganisms)(see9.7);—pastriesandcakes(9.8).NOTEMilkandmilkproductsaredealtwithinISO8261.
