【摘要】:ISO/TR21707:2008specifiesasetofstandardterminologyfordefiningthequalityofdatabeingexchangedbetweendatasuppliersanddataconsumersintheITSdomain.ThisappliestoTrafficandTravelInformationServicesandTrafficManagementandControlSystems,specificallywhereopeninterfacesexistbetweensystems.Itmayofcoursebeapplicableforothertypesofinterfaces,includinginternalinterfaces,butthisTechnicalReportisaimedsolelyatopeninterfacesbetweensystems.ISO/TR21707:2008identifiesasetofparametersormeta-datasuchasaccuracy,precisionandtimelinessetc.whichcangiveameasureofthequalityofthedataexchangedandtheoverallserviceonaninterface.Dataqualityisapplicabletointerfacesbetweenanydatasupplieranddataconsumer,butisvitallyimportantonopeninterfaces.Itincludesthequalityoftheserviceasawholeoranycomponentpartoftheservicethatasupplyingorpublishingsystemcanprovide.Forinstancethismaygiveameasureoftheavailabilityandreliabilityofthedataserviceintermsofuptimeagainstdowntimeandtheresponsivenessoftheserviceoritmaygiveameasureoftheprecisionandaccuracyofindividualattributesinthepublisheddata.ItshouldbenotedthatinthecontextofISO/TR21707:2008datamaybetakentobeeitherrawdataasinitiallycollected,orasprocesseddata,bothofwhichmaybemadeavailableviaaninterfacetodataconsumers.Thedataconsumermaybeinternalorexternaltotheorganisationwhichismakingthedataavailable.Additionallythedatamaybederivedfromrealtimedata(e.g.livetrafficeventdata,trafficmeasurementdataorlivecameraimages)ormaybestaticdatawhichhasbeenderivedandvalidatedoff-line(e.g.alocationtabledefininganetwork).Measurementsofdataqualityareofimportanceinallsuchcases.ISO/TR21707:2008issuitableforapplicationtoallopenITSinterfacesintheTrafficandTravelInformationServicesdomainandtheTrafficManagementandControlSystemsdomain.
