【摘要】:ThispartofISO15686describestheprinciplesandproceduresthatapplytodesignwhenplanningtheservicelifeofbuildingsandconstructedassets.Itisimportantthatthedesignstageincludessystematicconsiderationoflocalconditionstoensure,withahighdegreeofprobability,thattheservicelifewillbenolessthanthedesignlife.ThispartofISO15686isapplicabletobothnewconstructionsandtherefurbishmentofexistingstructures.However,additionalconsiderationsmayapplytoexistingbuildings.NOTE1Inhistoricbuildingsevennewworkmayberuledbytheneedtopreserveauthenticityandcertainoptionsmaynotbeavailableoradvisable.TheyarethereforeexcludedfromspecificconsiderationwithinthispartofISO15686.NOTE2Theskillandexpertiseofthepersonororganizationundertakingtheservicelifeplanningwillbecrucialtothereliabilityoftheplanning.Ideallyateamofpeoplewhohavethenecessaryskillsinservicelifeforecasting,design,constructionandmaintenancemanagementwillberepresentedwithintheprojectteam.Familiaritywithin-useconditionsandconstructionconditionsforthetypeofprojectwillbeofgreatassistanceindeterminingtypicalconditions.Familiaritywiththeareawillassistinidentifyingenvironmentalfactorswhichmaynotoccurtostrangerstothearea.Itisparticularlyimportanttoconsiderlocalagents.Thesemayincludeagentsofdegradation(e.g.emissionsfromalocalpowerstation).NOTE3Wherevertheterm"buildings"isusedinthetextitshouldbereadas"buildingsandconstructedassets".Constructedassetscoverseverythingthatisconstructedorresultsfromconstructionoperations.
