【摘要】:Thispracticeappliestoanymeasurementofreflectanceinwhichtheangleatthesamplebetweenthedirectionoftheincidentradiationandthedirectionofviewingislessthanapproximately10x00B0;,andthereflectedradiationisconcentratedinadirectionoppositetothedirectionofincidence.TheCIE(goniometer)systemdescribedin6.1.1wasdevelopedbytheSubcommitteeonRetroreflectionofCommittee2.3onMaterialsoftheInternationalCommissiononIllumination(CommissionInternationaldel''Eclairage,CIE).Itisintendedtoprovideacommonbasisforthemeasurementofretroreflection,whichshouldbeusedworldwide.Thispracticeprovidesalternativegeometriccoordinatesystemsusefulforvisualizingrelationshipsbetweenvariousanglesinactualuse.1.1Thispracticeprovidesterminology,alternativegeometricalcoordinatesystems,andproceduresfordesignatinganglesindescriptionsofretroreflectors,specificationsforretroreflectorperformance,andmeasurementsofretroreflection.1.2TerminologydefinedhereinincludestermsgermanetootherASTMdocumentsonretroreflection.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
