【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationofthestrengthandstress-strainrelationshipsofacylindricalspecimenofeitherundisturbedorremoldedcohesivesoil.Specimensaresubjectedtoaconfiningfluidpressureinatriaxialchamber.Nodrainageofthespecimenispermittedduringthetest.Thespecimenisshearedincompressionwithoutdrainageataconstantrateofaxialdeformation(straincontrolled).1.2Thistestmethodprovidesdatafordeterminingundrainedstrengthpropertiesandstress-strainrelationsforsoils.Thistestmethodprovidesforthemeasurementofthetotalstressesappliedtothespecimen,thatis,thestressesarenotcorrectedforpore-waterpressure.Note1ThedeterminationoftheunconfinedcompressivestrengthofcohesivesoilsiscoveredbyTestMethodD2166.Note2Thedeterminationoftheconsolidated,undrainedstrengthofcohesivesoilswithporepressuremeasurementiscoveredbyTestMethodD4767.1.3AllobservedandcalculatedvaluesshallconformtotheguidelinesforsignificantdigitsandroundingestablishedinPracticeD6026.1.3.1Themethodusedtospecifyhowdataarecollected,calculated,orrecordedinthisstandardisnotdirectlyrelatedtotheaccuracytowhichthedatacanbeappliedindesignorotheruses,orboth.Howoneappliestheresultsobtainedusingthisstandardisbeyonditsscope.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsandgiveninparenthesesareapproximate.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforelastomericmaterialsusedinsealsforsupplypipesandfittings,ancillariesandvalvesatoperatingtemperaturesingeneralfrom-5℃upto50℃andinspecialcasesfrom-15℃upto50℃,forthefollowing:a)generalapplications(seeTable4,typeGseries):—gaseousfuel[manufactured,naturalandliquefiedpetroleumgas(LPG)inthegaseousphase],—hydrocarbonfluidswithanaromaticcontentupto30%(byvolume),includingLPGintheliquidphase;b)specialapplications(seeTable4,typeH):—materialssuitableforcarryinggaseousfuelscontaininggascondensatesandhydrocarbonfluidsofunrestrictedaromaticcontent.Generalrequirementsforfinishedjointsealsarealsogiven;anyadditionalrequirementscalledforbytheparticularapplicationarespecifiedintherelevantproductstandards,takingintoaccountthattheperformanceofpipejointsisafunctionofthesealmaterialproperties,sealgeometryandpipejointdesign.ThisInternationalStandardshouldbeusedwhereappropriatewithproductstandardswhichspecifyperformancerequirementsforjoints.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletojointsealsforallpipelinematerials,includingiron,steel,copperandplastics.Inthecaseofcompositesealingrings,therequirementsin4.2.8and4.2.9applyonlywhenthematerialsusedforanyelastomericpartscomeintocontactwithgaseousfuelorhydrocarbonfluid.Elongationatbreak,tensilestrength,compressionsetandstressrelaxationrequirementsformaterialsofhardnessclasses80and90applyonlywhentheyconstitutethatpartofthesealwhichparticipatesdirectlyinthesealingfunctionorcontributesdirectlytolong-termstability.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletothefollowing:—sealsmadefromcellularmaterials;—sealswithenclosedvoidsaspartoftheirdesign;—sealsrequiredtoberesistanttoflameortothermalstress;—sealswhichcontainsplicesjoiningpre-vulcanizedprofileends.
